The TRIDENT team will provide the customer with a "primary feasibility analysis" based on the customer's requirements and product specifications.​

Project Definition and Planning
The TRIDENT team will prepare a detailed project Statement of Work (SOW), a comprehensive factory plan, workflow, required M&E, and an itemized a GANTT chart to drive a "phase one" building cost quotation.

Project Launch 
The TRIDENT team will facilitate all governmental agency interactions for land & building permits and contract execution.

Project Performance and Control
The TRIDENT team will ensure the project is on plan and as scoped to maintain quality, cost and schedule to keep the customer apprised of project status on a routine basis.

Project Completion
The TRIDENT team will certify Statement of Work is completed and building occupancy permits are delivered to the customer.​
