Facility Ownership Options
  • The first and traditional option is “Full Ownership” option where you own both the land and the facility. This option offers you the most control on what you can do with your facility, but at the same time requires the most upfront capital investment. Normal lead time is usually between 10 - 12 months.
  • Besides “Full Ownership” option, renting a "Ready Built" or “Built-to-Suit” factory is sometimes an excellent option which can alleviate the financial burdens of expanding your business abroad. While “Built-to-Suit” option offers a highly customized features to your facility, the “Ready Built” factory can get your business up and running in couple months.
